If you have an early morning flight that does not align with our shuttle schedule that day, consider taking an evening shuttle the night before and staying at one of many hotel options near LAX airport. From there you can wake up refreshed and take a quick hotel shuttle (most hotels offers free shuttles to LAX if you are a guest) to the airport the next morning!

Those arriving at LAX airport for a southbound shuttle from LAX to San Diego should allow enough time (upon booking) to catch their bus. Please allow time to clear customs (international flights), retrieve baggage and walk to the orange “Shared Rides” zone at your terminal.
If you arrive late and will miss the shuttle, please contact us as soon as possible via phone (858-430-8440) and/or email (contact@gorelaxsan.com) so that we may assist you. There is a small possibility that the shuttle will be able to wait up to 20 minutes depending on availability, but this is a rare exception.
If you miss your shuttle due to a delayed flight impacting your travel, you can choose from: 1) Getting rebooked on the next available shuttle or 2) Receive a refund or credit for your shuttle tickets.
Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis by one of our team members. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

If you are booking a San Diego to LAX shuttle, it is recomneded that travelers arrive at LAX airport 3+ hours prior to departure for international flights and 2+ hours for domestic flights. We have heard of people getting through check-in and security faster, however we advise that you plan ahead and book shuttles with plenty of time before your flight to ensure a stress-free day.
Not seeing a convenient shuttle time? Let us know! We are looking to better optimize our route times as we grow and add more shuttles.
