Standard class tickets can be exchanged for a different day/time up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
Flex class tickets that are canceled 24 hours or more before departure time will receive a refund for the price of a standard ticket. The remaining balance for Flex Fare ticket is considered insurance and is non-refundable.
