How many Points do I need to redeem a ticket?
You need a total of 4,640 points to redeem a free one-way ticket! Your points can either be redeemed for a free trip or applied as a discount. Redeem on any scheduled time any day! (subject to availability)
Once you start accumulating points, here are some key things to keep in mind. For a Standard Class ticket, you earn 6 points for every dollar spent. If you book our Flex Class, you will earn 8 points for every dollar spent. Points are earned after your trip has been completed.
Points are valued at a rate of 80 points = $1 dollar. You can either apply these points to a trip for a discounted rate or save up and redeem for a free trip.
How do I check my points?
First you must sign-into your account (you can do so here). Once signed in, check your loyalty points by clicking the profile icon, then click on the tab “loyalty program”. Once there, you will see your total points accumulated, expiration of your points, and your loyalty number.
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as you have made a purchase within the last 12 months.
Can I transfer my points?
No, but you can use your points to book for someone else.
