Requirements:

  • Valid commercial driver's license class A or B (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement

  • clean driving record

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • At least one year in previous role as a bus driver, shuttle driver, van driver is required

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter shuttle van to transport passengers between (3) scheduled stops within San Diego County and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with scanning tickets and loading/unloading luggage

  • Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable ride

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle van

  • Calmly and promptly troubleshoot passenger concerns
